Thank you for shopping with AutoClean UAE (autocleanuae.store). This policy describes how we ship orders across the UAE.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends (Friday–Saturday) or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on all orders above AED 150.
- A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 150.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery across all UAE emirates.
- COD orders must be confirmed via SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- A COD handling fee may apply; this will be shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt re-delivery once. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping fees may apply.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zainullahghilzai5@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
