Refund & Return Policy

At AutoClean UAE (autocleanuae.store), customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for orders delivered within the UAE.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 to 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Consumable items (e.g., cleaning solutions, sprays) are non-returnable once opened unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Opened consumables
  • Bundles or kits where any component has been used

3. Return Process (UAE Orders)

  1. Contact our support team within the return window by emailing support@autocleanuae.store.
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return along with clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  5. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or store credit).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunds are issued via bank transfer to the customer's UAE bank account. Please provide your IBAN when requesting a refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@autocleanuae.store with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
